Job description: Management Trainee – Operations Department
Position Overview:
As a Management Trainee – Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient mobilization of workers to assigned project sites. You will be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards of compliance, client satisfaction, and coordination with various departments. Additionally, you will be engaged in auditing and process mapping activities, contributing to the overall success of the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the entire process of mobilizing workers to their designated project sites, ensuring timely deployment and adherence to the mobilization schedule.

Ensure that all worker movements are executed with zero deviations from the planned schedule/ Rosters, promptly addressing any unforeseen issues or challenges.

Collaborate with the Business Development, Site Supervisors, Client Focal Personnel team to meet short-term workforce requirements for clients, striving to fulfill their needs efficiently and effectively.

Oversee the application and processing of entry or gate passes required for site access, ensuring a high success rate and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Maintain close coordination with various interdepartmental teams, including HR, logistics, and procurement, Finance to streamline the mobilization process and resolve any bottlenecks.

Actively participate in constant mobilization audits to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the mobilization process, without fail.

Develop a deep understanding of the mobilisation process mapping of manpower allocation, utilizing logical and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Conduct regular visits to worker camps and project sites to ensure that operations align with the established blueprints and client expectations.
